Etsy Find - Gardens Of Whimsy

My Dear Friends,

Can I PLEASE have this?

I discovered Gardens Of Whimsy on Etsy via the always fab Taylor at MaryJanes & Galoshes and fell in serious ♥ with these bobby pins.  Each bobby pin has a flower and feather attached to it.  I just love the classic, old fashioned whimsical look that they bring to this hairstyle!  At $23 for 4 bobby pins, they're a little too steep for my blood - but if anyone wants to get me a belated Christmas present, I'd love you forever!  :)

I might try to make them, they don't look to terribly difficult.  What do you think?  Could I make them?

I wouldn't imagine them to be to hard to recreate and you could have more than 4 for 23 dollars. My guess is that the seed pearl is hot glued to the flower, the feather is hot glued to the back of the flower and then there is a felt pad to cover up all the glue and the bobbi pin is somehow sandwiched in between another felt circle. I am certain you could find all of the pieces at a craft store. GL and let us know how it turned out! hmm...I may try it. I've made mini roses on clips before and they are lots of fun!
