PRESS RELEASE - Fashion To Figure 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Drive

NEW YORK, NY (October 3, 2011) – Fashion To Figure, the fast-fashion retail chain dedicated solely to plus-size women’s clothing, announced that it will host its second annual Breast Cancer Awareness Drive this October. FTF is proud to continue to support the fight against breast cancer, the most common cancer among women in the United States after skin cancer.

In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the full-fashion retailer known for its trendy dresses and separates will sell pink wristbands at all seven FTF stores. One hundred percent of proceeds will go to support The Breast Cancer Foundation (BCRF), which funds “research to achieve prevention and a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime.” The American Cancer Society has projected that over 230,000 women in the US will be diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in 2011.
