I've read about the Fairy Hobmother through various blogs but never in my wildest dreams did I think he'd ever visit me! I was sitting here, checking my email like I do every morning, and lo & behold, there it was....an email, just for me. My little blog, recognized by the blogworld famous Fairy Hobmother!
Other than the amazing work he does for bloggers, he also has a day job at Appliances Online, selling freezers & other appliances like washers, ovens...and hobs! I thought to myself, why the name "Fairy Hobmother"? I looked it up and a hob has two meanings:
hob n
- {Cookery} the flat top part of a cooking stove, or a separate flat surface, containing hotplates or burners
- {Folklore} fairies that are somewhat mischievous
