{REVIEW} FRAAS Reversible Scarves

My Dear Friends,

Over the years, season after season, scarves & wraps have adorned the outfits of celebrities, trendsetters and fashion leaders worldwide.  Scarves add a colorful pop of eye-catching accessory to every look, whether it be jeans or dresses. As the leading company in this category, FRAAS has a reputation for creating the most eye catching and expertly designed pieces.

"The Fall and Holiday line offers many unique and dazzling options for the marketplace and we are experiencing very positive feedback,” says Ken Krieger, VP of Sales for the innovative international manufacturer and marketer of woven and knit scarves, capes, ponchos, stoles, ruanas, wraps and gloves. “Designing unique, striking products for many different tastes, budgets and climates has always been a priority for us at FRAAS,” adds Aimee Zucchetti, Brand & Sales Manager for the company. “We love helping consumers update their wardrobe with fresh and exciting products."

The newest FRAAS line features distinctive styling that updates and/or coordinates with existing wardrobes as well as the up-to-the minute fashion. There are a variety of yarns and techniques so that every climate and preference is covered.  The retail values range from $26-$100, giving the customer plenty of affordable options.

Scarves are the "IT" gift as they are just so versatile.  With so many available sizes, color ways and shapes, one can create many different looks with a single scarf.  Color coordinate your outfit to your scarf, add a scarf for a pop of color or try tying it different ways to create wholly new looks!

FRAAS is on the mark with its color palette and trends which include COUNTRY ETIQUETTE (rich autumnal shades), NOUVEUX GENERATION (including many pop colors and bold looks) and PALACE GRANDEUR (an embellished and opulent story). In these trends, brights, mid-tones and neutral shades mix and match into pure perfection. Yarns (woven and knit options) include Cashmink(TM), acrylic, modal, viscose, cotton, poly, wool and cashmere. Patterns & accents include touches of metallic, updated plaids, unusual animal prints, elegant abstracts, florals, color blocking and ombre effects, menswear with a twist, geometrics, dots and stripes. Digital prints are gaining popularity and reversible styles appeal to many consumers due to their flexible styling. Novelty techniques such as unusual fringe, crinkling, gathering, open work, scrunch, boucle and loops adorn select styles. Velvet is also back on the scene and looks super rich.
I was given a scarf in the style #060607 for the purpose of this review.  It's a lovely cerulean blue polka dot scarf which is reversible to a multi-hued print featuring cerulean blue dots.  It's incredibly soft as it's made of viscose & acrylic and is a whopping 14"x72" long!  These lovely scarves retail for $40.  I can't wait for it to get just a little colder so I can wear it frequently!  These would also make great gifts for the upcoming holiday season!

I was given the scarf mentioned above in exchange for an honest review.  No money exchanged hands and all opinions are my own.  Thank you FRAAS & Lipton Publicity.  Images via FRAAS, Lipton Publicity & Google.
